Preventative Maintenance
This service is designed to save you money on your Property maintenance and is for clients with a wide property portfolio and larger premises. Consisting of regular visits throughout the year on a timescale to suit you, from weekly, monthly or quarterly. All we need is a checklist of the properties to be included and the items to be checked, e.g. plumbing, electrics, building works, etc. The advantages are any defects are highlighted and repairs can be made before the problem develops. So visits are 100% productive and repair costs are kept to a minimum. Every visit is compiled into a report highlighting any defects and quotation to rectify any defects which is forwarded to you for consideration. This service is based on an agreed annual Lump Sum fee which is charged Quarterly in advance.
